Top Bun

To make the top bun, you will need 1 cup of milk, ½ cup of water, ¼ cup butter, 4 ½ cups of all-purpose flour, 1 (.25 ounces) package instant yeast, 2 tablespoons of white sugar, 1 ½ teaspoon of salt, and 1 egg. Heat the water and milk to 120º F. Then mix the flour, yeast, sugar, and salt. Divide the dough into 12 equal pieces. Bake at 400º F and then you’re done with your bun!

Veggies

To add the veggies to the burger, you will need some cabbages. You will add this under the top bun.

Cheese

To add the cheese to the burger, you will need some cheese. You will need to melt the cheese slightly and add it under the veggies.

Patty

To make the patty, you will need 2 pounds of ground beef, 1 egg (beaten), ¾ cup of dry bread crumbs, 3 tablespoons of evaporated milk, 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce, ⅛ teaspoons of cayenne pepper, and lastly 2 cloves of garlic (minced). Preheat the grill to high and mix all of the ingredients together. Then lightly oil the grill grate. Grill the patties dough on each side for about 5 minutes each until done. Then place under the cheese.

Bottom Bun

To conclude everything, you will need to get a plate, place the burger in the order of top bun, veggie, cheese, patty, and bottom bun. Then, get a toothpick and put take on the toothpick to make a mini flag. Just pin the toothpick onto the burger and voila! Your burger is done!
